The owners of Tailwinds CrossFit, Christina, and DJ, came on the show to discuss the importance of mental and physical well-being, giving back to the community in a positive way, the importance of raising kids to be better adults, and how the idea came to Christina to open her own gym.

We also chatted about the founder and CEO of CrossFit, Greg Glassman, who stepped down after racist and insensitive tweets and comments surfaced on social media. As a CrossFit business owner, how do you react when the CEO of the company you represent speaks out with ideas that don't fit your personal business model? We discussed it all and even threw around a bunch of pilot jokes to make DJ feel like he's back in the flight deck with a sassy flight attendant.
