Today is my last official day as a working flight attendant. I'm not having a retirement party, but I'm having incredible conversations with extraordinary people.
Owner and operator of Yoga Home in Pompano Beach, Florida, Corbin, Stacy, came on the show to chat about what life is like after departing the airline industry. This conversation became personal quickly. Corbin shared what happened to him emotionally days and weeks after he believes he was wrongfully terminated from the airline industry. The conversation was edgy, passionate, and truthful. How do you pick yourself back up and move on after a chapter ends? What lessons did he learn from the airline industry? Did those lessons help him become a better entrepreneur? We talked about how important yoga is to his healing and the struggles he goes through trying to balance his mindfulness with his anger towards airline management.
