Today is my guest's birthday... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KAT!
Flight attendant, Kat, came on the show to discuss her journey from alcoholism to living a life of sobriety. Kat shared stories about taking her first alcoholic drink at 14 years old, hiding alcohol, addictive personalities, AA meetings, and how she's been sober for the past four years. We chatted about serving alcohol to passengers on her flights, managing intoxicated passengers, and how she manages on layovers with co-workers who drink alcohol. Congratulations to Kat on being four years sober and counting.
